OpenDelivery
A peer-to-peer protocol for food ordering and delivery, with no operating company. Kitchens publish signed, location-tagged menu events to a Nostr relay and are found by any nearby client without an operator's approval; payment settles over Bitcoin Lightning, so no central party holds the funds, the accounts, or the reputation.
